What happens next

The form takes about three minutes to complete. From there the sequence is fixed, so you always know who is writing to you and what they will send.

    A reply within one working day

    A route consultant reads your travel dates, party size and the split you want between the Maldives and the UAE, then writes back from our Kyiv desk. If a detail is unclear, the reply asks rather than assumes. Working days, 09:00 to 18:00 Kyiv time.

    A route proposal built around your dates

    There is no direct service from Kyiv to Male, so the proposal sets out one hub connection, baggage rules per carrier and realistic transfer times at each airport. You receive two or three variations with different hubs, resort areas and beach nights, not a single take-it-or-leave-it option.

  3. 03

    A written itinerary with named inclusions

    Every inclusion is named in writing: hotel and room category, board basis, transfer type, flight numbers and an indicative price per person with the exclusions listed beside it. We prepare, review and supply your visa documentation pack and confirm the current entry requirements. The decision on any visa or entry request rests with the relevant immigration authority, not with us.
